The Docufide Management Team:
Accomplishment and Experience
John Reese
CEO and Chairman of the Board
John Reese has an extensive background as an entrepreneur, CEO and corporate executive. Harnessing his visionary ability to identify and develop new business services he created pioneering firms in two industries; Internet-based outsourced recruiting services and personal financial management software/home banking. Most recently, Mr. Reese was CEO of iSearch, which he started in 1994. It was the first firm to make private resume databases and recruiting tools available on the Internet to authorized corporate employees. Under his leadership, iSearch secured the funds required for its rapid growth – named in 2000 by Deloitte & Touche as 3rd fastest growing firm in Los Angeles five-county area. iSearch provided recruiting systems for over 170 corporate clients and 20 public “Internet job sites”. Its databases contained over 4 million resumes. Clients included BellSouth, eBay, Honeywell, Merck, Nordstrom, Sears, Siemens, Target, and United Airlines and most major U.S. newspaper Publishers, via CareerPath.com.
Prior to this, Mr. Reese was President of TRW Financial Systems, Inc. This commercial system integration subsidiary provided the back offices of paper-intensive firms like American Express, Citibank, Pacific Bell, and the U.S. Postal Service with customized high-speed image processing solutions. In 1982, Mr. Reese launched Monogram, developer of “Dollars & Sense”, the nation’s best selling home and small business financial software. It also provided the first software allowing Bank of America and Citibank customers to pay bills from, and download statements to, their personal computer.
Earlier at Citicorp, he conceived, designed, and developed their ground-breaking ATMs. His responsibilities grew to include the development of numerous self-service banking capabilities including at-the-pump payment systems for self-service gasoline stations and early homebanking services. Mr. Reese has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from City College of New York and an MBA from California State University at Long Beach.
