Van Skilling

D. Van Skilling is the retired chairman and CEO of Experian Information Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as TRW Information Systems & Services), a leading provider of consumer and business credit and direct marketing services based in Orange County, California. A 26-year veteran with TRW Inc., Skilling was named to his former position in September 1996, when Experian became a privately held company.
Prior to the spinoff, Skilling was EVP of TRW Inc., and GM of TRW Information Systems & Services. He was appointed to lead TRW's information businesses in September 1989.

Van is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Colorado College, a member of the Board of Directors of First American Corporation, Lamson and Sessions, Inc, McData Corporation, American Business Bank and Onvia Corporation, Verascape, and First Advantage Corp. based in St. Petersburg, FL (listed on NASDQ as FADV).

Simon Bax

Simon Bax has extensive financial and operating experience in the media and entertainment industry. He recently cofounded Broadcast Facilities, Inc and serves as that firm's CEO. Earlier he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pixar Animation Studios, which was sold to the Walt Disney Company in the summer of 2006.

Between 2002 and 2006 he was chairman of SmartJog, a technology start-up that was purchased by TDF in August 2006. Prior to 2002, Simon served as the Chief Financial Officer and President of Studio Operations for Fox Filmed Entertainment for eight years. He joined Fox from Chiat/Day Advertising where he was the Chief Financial Officer.

Simon is a graduate of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge in England. He trained as a Chartered Accountant in London with Stoy Hayward & Co where he was made a partner in 1986. He is currently a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts and he serves on several boards including the ODC/Dance Company, the Berkeley Art Museum and the Caius Foundation.

William Schaff, CFA

William F. K. Schaff, CFA, is Founder and CEO of Phocas Financial Corporation. For the last twenty years, Bill has managed institutional equity portfolios for both large corporations and public pension plans as well as equity mutual funds for Bay Isle Financial LLC, Janus Capital Group, Berger LLC, and the Undiscovered Managers organization. He has managed portfolios in a variety of asset classes including US Small Cap Value Equities, US Large Cap Value Equities and Securitized Real Estate Equities. He has managed two 5-star Morningstar rated mutual funds during his tenure.

Bill has a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of California, Davis. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco. Formerly, Bill served as Trustee and Chairperson of the Investment committee of Alameda County Employee's Retirement Association (ACERA), a $5 billion public pension plan. He is currently a Board member for the Alameda Unified School District (AUSD).

Carl Hulick

Carl Hulick is a former Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office of Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter, Inc. He was in the investment business with the same firm from1962 until his retirement, June, 2002. He received his A.B. from Stanford University in 1956 and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1962. He was a United States Navy officer on active duty in the Western Pacific region from 1956 to 1960.

Mr. Hulick is former Chairman of the Board of the Hillsides Home for Children and currently serves on the finance committee. He is a member of Stanford Associates, Hoover Institution, Harvard Business School Association, and Associates of the Huntington Library and Gardens. He is a venture capital investor and has participated in various start-up or new businesses over the past twenty years and a founding shareholder and member of the advisory board of Professional Business Bank, an active member of Pasadena Angels, and a partner with Tomahawk Partners, LLC, Strategic Business Consultants.

John Reese

John Reese has an extensive background as an entrepreneur, CEO and corporate executive. Harnessing his visionary ability to identify and develop new business services he created pioneering firms in two industries; Internet-based outsourced recruiting services and personal financial management software/home banking. Most recently, Mr. Reese was CEO of iSearch, which he started in 1994. It was the first firm to make private resume databases and recruiting tools available on the Internet to authorized corporate employees. Under his leadership, iSearch secured the funds required for its rapid growth - named in 2000 by Deloitte & Touche as 3rd fastest growing firm in Los Angeles five-county area. iSearch provided recruiting systems for over 170 corporate clients and 20 public "Internet job sites". Its databases contained over 4 million resumes. Clients included BellSouth, eBay, Honeywell, Merck, Nordstrom, Sears, Siemens, Target, and United Airlines and most major U.S. newspaper Publishers, via CareerPath.com.

Prior to this, Mr. Reese was President of TRW Financial Systems, Inc. This commercial system integration subsidiary provided the back offices of paper-intensive firms like American Express, Citibank, Pacific Bell, and the U.S. Postal Service with customized high-speed image processing solutions. In 1982, Mr. Reese launched Monogram, developer of "Dollars & Sense", the nation's best selling home and small business financial software. It also provided the first software allowing Bank of America and Citibank customers to pay bills from, and download statements to, their personal computer.

Earlier at Citicorp, he conceived, designed, and developed their ground-breaking ATMs. His responsibilities grew to include the development of numerous self-service banking capabilities including at-the-pump payment systems for self-service gasoline stations and early homebanking services. Mr. Reese has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from City College of New York and an MBA from California State University at Long Beach.
